OpenAI restores Standard Voice Setting after ChatGPT users pushed back tough

  • OpenAI has reversed its undesirable decision to get rid of Standard Voice Mode
  • It might still be replaced at some point in the future
  • You can access Requirement Voice Setting by picking options in Settings

It seems hardly a week can pass without OpenAI carrying out some type of U-turn in response to a mad backlash from ChatGPT users. Warm on the heels of its choice to maintain older tradition LLM models , the most recent U-turn from Sam Altman and staff is to terminate plans to eliminate Typical Voice Mode after many ChatGPT users complained.

OpenAI’s first strategy was to replace Standard Voice Mode, a basic yet useful voice setting, with the more interactive Advanced Voice Setting, which has more options, and rebrand the brand-new service as just ChatGPT Voice.
